A: Our products usually come in a single package weighing 1.3kg, with a box weight of 14.5kg and a cardboard box size of 55.5 x 55.5 x 40.5cm. Each box contains 9 pieces

2.Q: What is the general packaging size of pillows for export and how long is the warranty period? 

A: The size is 19 * 19 * 39cm. If the roll is too small, it will affect the rebound. This size is the safest. Shelf life is six months

3.Q: The customer asked what is your packaging method and if the volume will be very large?

A: If it is for export, the general packaging method is to use roll packaging, PE bags, color boxes, and cardboard boxes. The approximate size of the color box is 18 × 18 × 38cm. Our product does not recommend vacuum compression because the product is irregular. If some areas cannot return to their original shape after compression for a period of time, we have tested and found the best packaging method (vacuum capable)

4.Q: How long can the product be stored after being rolled and packaged?

A: Our product can guarantee a rebound time of more than six months when packaged with a width of 18 x 18 and a fast rebound feel. This is tested data.

5.Q: Can pillows be vacuum compressed?

A: Not recommended, flat pressed bags have a unique product shape; If there are high standard requirements, vacuum compression can be used, but the price is high and the compression bag cannot be perforated.
